Getting Adjusted

Today is Saturday so i have basically been here for a week. Things are starting to come together more easily now. The sleeping patterns are still out of ordinary but I will adjust sooner than later. Classes start on Monday - I have one class on Monday and one class on Thursday. One is on the Politics of Africa and the other on Comparative Theories of War and Peace which sounds terribly boring. I did laundry today for the first time! I think it is more expensive to do laundry here than back at WAC. It's 2.80 total = almost 4.75!! I thought American university laundry was outrageous! Yesterday I matriculated (which basically means signed up for all of my classes and officially became a St. Andy's student). Weird how small the world is.. I met a girl who went to Pennsbury High School, graduated 2007, and lives in Yardley and have never even seen her before. We were both in total shock last night when we met each other. She said she had heard of me before due to my swimming and such.. and no, i never heard of her - whoops. Last night was a fun night. I went out with a group of kids from Colgate University back in the states and we went to the Student Union which is a bar/dance area for the University. There were a lot of people there, more than i had seen anywhere before, so I think the campus is finally starting to pick up. After matriculation yesterday I went to a small coffee shop/cafe called Northpoint and got what else but cheesy eggs! They have bagels here too which is always nice. i took a walk down to the North Sea and walked around town for a bit until it started to heavily rain. The pictures might be a little blurry/rainy but believe me, the scenery is amazing! Hopefully I did my laundry right.. if not it looks like I'll have a huge problem.. I only did bring 90 lbs of clothing!!
