Today is Monday - meaning I had my first class in about a week. Class was good and then we went to NorthPoint Grill and stuffed our faces because we were in a rush to get back for my tutorial - so much so that now the top of my mouth is totally burned because I ate really hot eggs way too fast. Tutorial was good and Josh kept being annoying and raising his hand trying to answer every single question - just kidding.. but he was a trooper through the class and tried to pay attention. We went grocery shopping after class and picked up stuff for dinner. (picture above of our dinner). And yes, we cooked it.. we chopped it. Ok Josh chopped it. We had chef salad and garlic bread which was delicious! Tomorrow we head out to Anstruther for the best fish and chips in the world! We will post more later!!
