Blog #1 - January 11, 2009
Well... the time has almost arrived for the long-awaited adventure to St. Andrew, Scotland. It is crazy how I started planning this trip almost five months ago and now it is all coming together! Family, friends, and co-workers are all getting very excited/anxious for me to depart to the UK..I still can't decide if they are happy or sad to see me go (probably a little of both as my dad might put it)...! I am pretty sure I am prepared for the journey. All that is yet to do is pack bags, say my good-byes, ....and figure out how I will survive in another country all by myself.. on very minimal earnings.(ut-oh) It sure will be an adventure!!
